Power of Attorney
September 10th, 2007 adminThere are many things in life that can go wrong, and you want to know that you are protected. Many choose someone to have power of attorney in the event that someone goes wrong. They do this when they have children to think about, or if they have an extensive estate that they know will need care. Though I think this is a great idea, it does scare me in a way. There is always a bit of trepidation that comes to knowing who you can trust and who you can’t. If you have a spouse the choice might be easy, but if you don’t, you have to choose someone else. Can you imagine someone controlling your life if you are incapacitated?
